Multiple DS-3 connections to various National and International carriers, such as Sprint, Cable and Wireless, UUNet, BellSouth, Intermedia Communications, battery back-ups and generator power ensure complete redundancy of all network services. Nationally, in association with its strategic alliance with Sprint International, provides Access at speeds up to OC-48 connected from 320 POP's throughout the United States.

Additionally, the NOC is always available, manned with professionally trained network and security technicians that monitor 24-hours a day, 365 days per year. Supervisor escalation procedures are always available 24 hours a day. A redundant Security Monitoring Center is in the process of opening in Denver, Colorado.
